Bearing Management Consulting (BMC)
BMC works in close cooperation with our clients to achieve results in alignment with agreed objectives. Our ambition is to reduce project risks and give our sponsor safe and personal success. Our clients are often large financial institutions, such as banks or insurance companies.
Our principal success factor is to offer senior and highly motivated resources and teams tailored for the specific needs of our clients. All of our consultants have a minimum of ten years experience from line management, project management or expert knowledge.

Bearing Financial Innovation (BFI)
BFI is dedicated to creating or increasing financial value for our clients. In BFI, we focuse on structuring and managing finance related business using our expertise in strategic planning, corporate and structured finance, corporate law and business operations. Our clients are small and medium sized corporations.
The BFI platform is derived from innovative thinking, comprehensive experience, personal dedication and a large contact network of business partners across the world. Our proven methodologies are structured and implemented by a team of Bearing Partners and Associates whose credentials vary from Certified Project Manager to PhD.
Each business case begins with a series of meetings to assess the extent to which BFI can add value and offer a strong value proposition. Based on the knowledge we gain through the initial meetings, we then prepare a proposal for how we can add value. Once mutually agreed, the proposal serves as an operating plan, stipulating resources, objectives, timeline, deliverables, dependencies, limitations, and compensation.

Bearing Investment Consulting (BIC)
In Bearing Investment Consulting, we have people with long-term relations to actors in and around the financial industry across the world. To provide clients with the benefits of our contacts, our BIC business line provides support with introduction of financial products like mutual funds from market to market and into new regions, either on a case by case basis or in rollout of complex distribution networks. Our experts can also help to tailor our clients products to fit the local markets requirements. We can for example help to adapt products to fulfil the Sharia law for introduction to the Middle East.
